Who we are

What we collect, and when
The contact form. If you send a message, we receive what you type: your name, how to reach you, and what you wrote. It is used to respond to you, and for no other purpose. Submitting the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes people from automated traffic and may process technical details of your browser to do so.
Sending a message does not make you a client. Contacting the firm through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship, and you should not send confidential details about a legal matter until a relationship is established directly with the attorney.
Site measurement. This site sets a first-party identifier so that we can count visits, see which pages are read, and understand how someone who contacts the firm found it. This measurement is ours: it is not shared with or sold to data brokers, and it does not follow you to other websites.
Advertising attribution. If you arrive from one of our
advertisements, cookies named _fbp and _fbc
may be set so that Meta can tell its advertising worked. They are the
reason an ad platform knows a click became an enquiry; they do not give
us your identity.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, the servers that deliver these pages record technical details of each request (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
Who processes it
The site is served by Cloudflare. Form submissions and site measurement are processed on the firm's behalf by WattReach, which operates the platform this site runs on. Email notifications arrive through Amazon Web Services. Each processes information only to provide those services.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not run third-party advertising on this site. We do not use your enquiry for marketing lists.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for responding to you and for the firm's records, and no longer. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted by writing to info@rebeccamasonlaw.com. Blocking cookies in your browser does not break this site.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If what this site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
