Racine Lawyer Mason

Attorney Mason specializes in estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, and small business advising. She provides excellent legal representation with a focus on compassion.

Attorney Mason can practice in all Wisconsin courts. This includes the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.


For the last 2 years, Attorney Mason has been named a Super Lawyer by her peers. She is the only Estate Planning Lawyer in Racine to earn this distinction.

Early in Attorney Mason’s career (2011 through 2016) she was designated a “Rising Star

Super Lawyers Magazine, published by Milwaukee Magazine. A distinction for lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less.

Early Professional Career

Attorney Mason began her professional legal career with a judicial clerkship to Justice Louis B. Butler, Jr., on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Prior to Rebecca Mason Law, LLC, Attorney Mason served individuals and corporations. She worked on the litigation team at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., for the better part of a decade. Attorney Mason gained extensive experience. Working in first amendment law, including political law (federal and state), as well as lobbying ethics (federal and state). She also gained first-hand experience in general government compliance, corporate litigation, data security breach, broadcast law, and open meetings and public records law.

Community

Attorney Mason has a strong sense of community. She is the President of the Board of Directors for the Racine County Bar Association, is currently a member of the Ascension Wisconsin Foundation, Board of Directors, President of the PTSA for Walden III Middle and High School, Board of Directors, a member of the church council at Holy Communion Lutheran Church, She has previously served as the City of Racine Municipal Judge, is a past chair of United Way of Racine County Board of Directors, and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Racine Literacy Council, the Racine Zoological Gardens, and Small World Montessori School.

Education

Attorney Mason earned her undergraduate degree from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. And She earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

During her time In law school, Attorney Mason participated on the board of the Wisconsin Law Review, worked on the Wisconsin Innocence Project, and served as an intern for the Wisconsin Attorney General.
